About Eric Mohr

Eric Mohr, principle of EBM has almost 29 years direct marketing experience.  He has held sales executive and managerial positions at leading companies within the direct marketing industry.  Eric got his start selling compiled and response generated mailing list to Fortune 500 companies.  In 1986 Eric moved to Metromail Corporation a leading complier, computer and mail production services provider.  At Metromail, Eric was responsible for developing new revenue streams and cross selling existing solutions to current clients. 

Eric went on his own for over 5 years working with a partner in a direct and database marketing firm.  His organization worked with local businesses to develop cooperative mailing and customer relationship programs.

From 1995-2006, Eric had his own consulting, (broken by two corporate engagements) business  working with  entertainment companies and  regional retail establishments.  Eric provide media, alternative media, database development, strategy and execution.

Over the last few years recognizing the increasing influence the internet plays in media,Eric integrated on line solutions.  This fits in with his company's marketing philosophy, to capture customers from each contact/communication channel.

Our Business Philosophy

Michael LeBoeuf in his book "How to Win Customers and Keep Them for Life" stated that an unhappy customer will tell approximately 11 other people a satisfied one will tell around 5.  We believe customer relationships are the single most important aspect of our business.  We believe it is better to solve problems than debate them.  We take a long term view of our customer relationships.

  • What are our beliefs?

We believe a customer should know their advertising's return on investment.

We believe a customer should not devote a significant amount of financial resources in a direct response program until it validates its ROI.
